We would like to fill you in about the first of a series of broadcasts on your Psychoactive Pod Youtube Channel.
In our first social experiment we would like to highlight two civil activists with Youtube channels. One being a First Amendment Auditor. 1A Auditors (most) create a scenario where they are acting within the Law by filming in Public for News purposes and or for redress of Government Officials while documenting their experiences for public dissemination. Our understanding is that the purpose is to test if the Police (Law Enforcement) or Public Servant(s) have a basic understanding of lawful activity and preserve your Rights as an American under the Constitution, particularly the First Amendment.
Very rarely, because of the "suspicious nature" of filming in public, do they not provoke a response from Law Enforcement. The test then becomes if the Officers have an understanding of lawful activity and uphold the Auditors Rights despite the feelings of those in public who feel uneasy or uncomfortable with the Lawful and Constitutionally protected activity of the Auditor. Hence the term "Audit", this is a test administered by a member of the public on the public within their Rights under the Law.
In almost every case the confrontation with police becomes about the method of acquiring the identity of the Auditor due to their "suspicious behavior" (filming for what purpose? bad/good innocent/nefarious) and if their basic Rights (1st, 4th, 5th amendments etc) are upheld in that attempt by Law Enforcement.
In almost every case there is a response, sometimes overwhelming response, to the Auditor and many public resources are used to protect the public building, public servants, post office, court houses, and tax funded entities etc. All funded by the public which includes the Auditor and the responding officer(s).
We want to explore the availability of resources to protect public entities, enforce quotas, and combat victimless crimes as opposed to the availability, laws, and effectiveness of protecting the general public when it comes to other more harmful crimes perpetrated against the General Public. Our host Sean will interview, document, and shadow an Auditor and document real world experience of one or a few of these instances as to get a better understanding of the resources used to combat this suspicious but lawful activity and the recognition and or understanding of law Enforcement involved with the interaction.
The main focus will be the resources, environment, and perspectives of all sides and see what can be done with the main focus of understanding how the public preserves Liberty, Freedom, and Civil Rights in conjunction with the importance of Law Enforcement having the tools and knowledge to better protect themselves and society.
The last part being how can we recognize, move on from, and glance over lawful activity in order to reallocate those resources to prevent and combat crimes with potential victims such as, for example, internet child prowling.
The next phase is to shadow, document, and interview a civil activist internet child predator catcher with a Youtube channel. We will examine the severity and wide existence of this problem within the Civil Activists community. We want to study these two activists in the same municipality to explore the contrast, if any, in response to a 1st amendment auditor and a potential child predator. In most cases if an actual child is not involved then the response and ability to bring criminal charges is generally non-existent. We want to see what resources, environment, and perspective(s) are available in combating both issues within the same jurisdiction of the given justice system. We will work to make sure that these convictions must be conducted especially if an actual child is not being harmed and the catcher happens to be a grown man or woman luring and distracting predators from our communities children.
We will highlight the Activists (with no cross promotion) as well as the Law Enforcement Agencies involved. We will use statistical data, interviews, and documentation to establish the groundwork to reallocate resources to protect potential victims through public officials (Police directors and supervisors, city councils, D.A. offices, State and County Reps, and public servants) and reveal the contrast and need for community policing and bridge the gap between Citizen and Citizen Police. We are in this together and share the same risks.
Let us see what our communities and the public servants within are willing to provide to us to focus on crimes with victims and detract from revenue generating victimless crimes.
PLEASE COMMENT AND PROVIDE ANY SOLUTIONS, THOUGHTS, AND OR RESOURCES THAT MAY HELP OUR EXPERIMENT. LOVE TO ALL!
